Therapeutic Aqua Training and Services

Our junior Olympic size pool offers joint friendly aqua trainings customized to improve balance, posture, core stabilization and basic strength. Private, duo and small group sessions are available.

TPI

The Titliest Performance Institute is offered at Wycliffe Golf and Country Club. Certified Fitness and Golf professionals have teamed together to evaluate and prescribe a customized TPI exercise program. This combination of personal training and golf lessons is designed to maximize your golf performance.

TRX

A safe and effective suspension training protocol designed to enhance functional strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and core for all abilities. Private, duo and small group sessions are available.

Group Fitness Classes

Our studio offers a broad spectrum of classes complimentary to our membership. The class schedule includes Yoga, Tai-Chi, Aerobics, Zumba, Pilates, ABS and Back, Resistance Training and Group Cycle. We also provide private or small group sessions with our social dance professionals.

Lifestyle and Nutrition

We offer a variety of wellness services that include nutritional consulting, health education, motivational workshops and lifestyle coaching. Private and small group sessions are available for scheduling.

kid fitness

The Fitness Center offers a variety of activities for children of all ages. We offer training programs that will improve coordination, strength and overall fitness endurance. A wide variety of special events are planned during the holidays and sports camp is offered during the summer. Fit-Fit-Hooray!
